This is the house where I was able to stay during my visit to Charleston. It is owned by the College of Charleston. Clearly it had a distinguished past. See for yourself! 

Charleston – 1891 Visit

These are photos which my great-grandfather, Theodore, nephew to Rev. John Grimke-Drayton of Magnolia Gardens, took during his visit from England to Charleston and elsewhere in South Carolina.
